Allergen Information

We take allergies very seriously. Many of our products contain a substance that will cause an allergen to someone.

No one knows your allergies better than you! To make it easy for you to look at the products you are buying, we have created individual item for each of our pick and mix bag items.

Each individual item has a list of ingredients and nutritional information where supplied by the manufacturer.

Delivery

My order has not arrived

We are sorry to hear your order has not arrived. 

 

Currently all courier services are experiencing delays. We have seen all excuses, covid-19, Brexit, Sickness and we understand your disappointment. 

 

All delivery times are estimates based on the couriers service level. We only guarantee delivery if you have purchased a next day service.

If you are waiting for an order and it is late, drop us a message and we can check to make sure its on its way, we are also more than happy to provide you with proof of postage. 

 

If you have paid for an express guaranteed delivery and your package does not arrive within the stipulated time frame, you may be entitled to a refund on your shipping. We do not refund shipping if there was an attempted delivery and you were not at the delivery address to receive the delivery.  

Standard shipping does not come with a delivery  guarantee it is estimated to take 3-4 working days, however, this is not guaranteed. Our Shipping service endeavour to deliver within the stated time frame, however, during busy periods and more recently Covid-19 deliveries can be late. We do not accept liability if your parcel is late due to an attempted delivery and you were not at the delivery address to receive the delivery.

 

Please note: Orders are only classed as missing after 14 working days after postage. 

Delivery / Shipping Information

FREE shipping on all orders over £30* 

Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed before it is passed to the courier.

However, we do aim to process orders within 1-working-day. Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be processed on the following Monday (unless Bank Holiday).

Delivery costs include Postage and Packaging and are dependent on the weight of your order and location.

One delivery address per order.

Please ensure all delivery details are correct when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delivery location if the details entered are incorrect.

UK Mainland Delivery 

Orders are shipped via a number of delivery providers. We do this to ensure we keep our prices as low as possible for you.

Deliveries are usually Monday to Saturday ONLY (No deliveries on Sundays, or Bank Holidays). Fridays orders dispatched on standard delivery will usually arrive the following by Wednesday.

Please note: Your delivery may be subject to extended delivery times in these areas.

International Delivery

International delivery times vary massively depending on where you are in the world. The international economy delivery is usually around 7-14 working days. If your order is time critical, you should contact us before ordering as we are unable to guarantee a timeframe on our international economy shipping.

Late Delivery

How do you protect your product security and quality control?

We take great pride in our products and we care about your experience!

Our pick n mix products are heat sealed in our factory for freshness and quality control.

We also use a hidden security seal on the packaging to ensure it has not been tampered with. 

Does the Irn Bru 1901 750ml special edition glass bottle come in a tin?

Unfortunately, this batch of Irn Bru 1901 750ml glass bottles does not come with a tin.

 

It’s just the glass bottle and lots of bubble wrap!!

Ordering chocolate - Is it a good idea?
 
 
We are unable to accept liability over heat related chocolate issues at any time of the year. 
Can I order one type f sweet in a pouch?

You can select individual pick n mix sweets on our mixups section of our website CLICK HERE for all those amazing sweets.

 

What is the best before date on your sweets?
 

Generally our pick n mix products come in to us with at least one year, however, as our pick n mix range is so vast, so are the expiry dates. We recommend consuming within 4 weeks of delivery.

 

INTERNAL SHARING:

I asked our warehouse manager to provide the answer to this question, his reply: How long is a piece of string? There all in date, they don’t stay on the shelf long enough not to be!

No, we are online only. We do have a number of smaller companies who stock our products.
